MVR蒸發(fā)器概述/MVR evaporators overview MVR蒸發(fā)器（mechanical vapor recompression）的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)，蒸發(fā)器產(chǎn)生的二次蒸汽經(jīng)過(guò)壓縮后再利用的新型蒸發(fā)器。只需開(kāi)車(chē)啟動(dòng)將物料加熱到蒸發(fā)溫度即可蒸發(fā)，正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)基本無(wú)需外界能源，蒸發(fā)濃縮領(lǐng)域中的能耗節(jié)約的新技術(shù)。早在60年代，徳國(guó)和法國(guó)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始的將該技術(shù)應(yīng)用于化工、制藥、造紙、污水處理、海水淡化等行業(yè)。 本MVR蒸發(fā)器采用蒸汽或電熱裝置進(jìn)行啟動(dòng)加熱；PLC自動(dòng)控制；隨時(shí)開(kāi)機(jī)、停機(jī)，自動(dòng)化程度高。 It is Short for MVR evaporator (mechanical vapor recompression). It is a new kind of evaporator which may reuse secondary steam (after compression after compression) produced by the evaporator after compression. You only need to start up the equipment and heat the material to evaporation temperature. Almost no external energy source is needed for normal operation. This is a new kind of technology which requires least energy in evaporation and concentration area. Since 1960s, Germany and France have begun to apply this technology in chemical, pharmaceutical, paper-making, sewage treatment, seawater desalination and other industries. This MVR evaporation starts and heats by steam or electric heating device; it is of automatic control by PLC; it can start and stop at any time with high automation degree.
